At this time, Pottery by Mollie ships exclusively within the United States. We appreciate your interest and are working toward expanding our shipping options in the future.
Packaging & Handling
Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we take special care in boxing every order with protective materials and strategic placement to reduce the risk of breakage during transit.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Each item is handmade in small batches and often one-of-a-kind. Due to the delicate nature of pottery and the packaging process required, we are unable to process returns at this time.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at MollieIsaacs@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and work with you to make it right—whether that means a refund, replacement, or store credit (depending on the situation and product availability).
Custom Orders
Custom orders are available by request. If accepted, we will communicate directly with you regarding the design, production timeline, and shipping window. Please note that custom pieces may take longer to create and ship, depending on studio capacity.
